The Firehouse Chef Ryan McKay shares his recipe for Fire Roasted Salsa.
Organic Fire Roasted (30 ounces)
Onion (white or yellow, medium chopped)
Vegetable Oil (¼ cup)
Garlic (2 cloves)
Cilantro (½ bunch)
Lime Juice (½ to all)
Jalapeño (cored and seeded)
Salt and Pepper
Add all ingredients to the blender. Blend till smooth. Slowly add the oil to the vortex. Done.
